Qamar Abbas Abbasi, MClArb, the Founding and Managing Partner of Qamar Abbasi Law Firm (QALF), brings over 23 years of a strong foundation in civil engineering, investigative skills, legal acumen, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Holding degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, USA, an MBA from IoBM, and an LLB from the UoK, along with Member’s membership at CIArb, his diverse experience spans both the USA and Pakistan’s public and private sectors. This background provides QALF unique edge in construction and contract disputes, criminal and civil litigations, corporate governance advisory, and complex legal conflicts.

During his time at the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Mr. Abbasi successfully managed high-profile criminal cases involving white-collar crime, land fraud, financial fraud, and anti-money laundering. His expertise in criminal defense, civil litigation, and ADR allows QALF to offer tailored, results-driven legal solutions across sectors.

Sami Muhammad

Associate Partner

Sami Muhammad holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B. Hons.) degree from Sindh Muslim Law College, graduating with First Division honors.

He brings versatile professional experience across Criminal, Civil, and Tax Law, offering a dynamic approach to legal practice. His core strengths include drafting pleadings, contracts, and other legal instruments, conducting professional client meetings, and managing litigation processes at both trial and appellate levels.

Over the course of his career, Sami has worked in diverse legal environments, earning commendations for his precision, diligence, and client-centered service.

As an Associate Partner at Qamar Abbasi Law Firm, Sami specializes in managing criminal and civil cases before subordinate courts. Mirza Abdul Haseeb
